He spent eight years with AH Harris/Whitecap Construction Supplies, building strong relationships and deep product knowledge. Jeff is passionate about growing in the construction industry and supporting customers with reliable solutions and real-world expertise. Outside of work, Jeff is a longtime guitarist, avid Isherman, and proud dad – sending one daughter off to Coastal Carolina this fall. His dream? A quiet cabin in Vermont someday.

Erick brings over 15 years of sales experience to Able Tool, including five years in heavy equipment and a decade in motorcycle and power-sports sales. His hands-on knowledge and customer-first mindset make him a valuable resource for our team and customers alike, He’s driven by a simple goal: “Be a better person tomorrow than he was today”, in addition to always learning, growing and expanding his product knowledge to better serve his customers. When he’s off the clock, Erick enjoys teeing off on the golf course, hitting the ice for hockey. diving into anything motor sports, and most of all, spending quality times with his kids.
